Updated 24 October 2026 · Golf analysis preview
Rush Reviews operates this WordPress website and a separate swing-analysis application at app.rush-reviews.com. This policy covers both. Stripe handles card entry; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
Data we collect
- Your checkout email address
- Order and payment references
- Swing videos you upload
- Swing details you submit, such as camera angle, height and playback speed
- The resulting analysis and its delivery status
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the sites, including a keyed hash of your connection address for rate limits
How data is used
Your videos and swing details are used to prepare and deliver your review. Stripe processes payments, Resend sends order emails, Supabase provides private database and file storage, and Hostinger hosts the website. Analysis runs on the operator’s analysis computer. Authorized operators may inspect an order to resolve a failure or a support request.
Private links
Your order link grants access to your upload and result. Keep it private. Links expire and can be revoked; recovery sends a new link only to the checkout email. Videos are stored privately with time-limited download links. A link already issued can remain usable until it expires, even after a deletion request; cleanup repeats after outstanding upload links expire. Do not send a private link or card details in a support message.
Retention and deletion
- Original uploads are scheduled for deletion 90 days after acceptance, including orders awaiting review.
- Unfinished uploads expire after one day.
- Derived review media follow the configured period shown on your order, normally 365 days.
- Order, consent, payment and operator-action records may remain for support and recordkeeping after media deletion.
Housekeeping performs scheduled deletion; a service outage can delay it. Contact support to request earlier media deletion or a copy of your data. We verify requests against the checkout email.
Marketing and tracking
Submitting a video requires your permission. Marketing permission is separate, optional and unticked by default. We do not publish your video merely because you submit it. The separate analysis application does not embed advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
Legacy blog content
The main WordPress domain, including its golf landing and information pages, currently loads Google advertising code and Hostinger scripts. Those services may receive browser and connection information and may use cookies. Older product-review articles may contain affiliate links. The separate swing-analysis application does not load those advertising scripts.
